You choose a doctor, select a suitable time, and connect by video. During the consultation, you can discuss your symptoms, ask questions, or request a prescription or medical certificate.
On Oladoctor, patients can access different types of online medical services provided by independent doctors, depending on their needs:
- Express GP consultation (€44) A short video consultation for common health concerns. You don’t need to choose a doctor – the next available GP will consult with you online.
- Prescription requests (€21)
Suitable if you already know the medication you’re taking or need a renewal. A doctor reviews your request and decides whether a prescription can be issued.
If a prescription isn’t appropriate, the service fee is refunded.
