On Oladoctor, patients can access different types of online medical services provided by independent doctors, depending on their needs:
- Express GP consultation (€39)
A short video consultation for common health concerns. You don’t need to choose a doctor – the next available GP will consult with you online. - Prescription requests (€19)
Suitable if you already know the medication you’re taking or need a renewal. A doctor reviews your request and decides whether a prescription can be issued.If a prescription isn’t appropriate, the service fee is refunded.
- Specialist consultation (from €40)
A full online consultation with a specialist such as a psychiatrist, dermatologist, paediatrician, gynaecologist or urologist, for more complex or ongoing issues.
