On Oladoctor, you can book online consultations with doctors, request prescriptions or medical certificates, and follow up on ongoing treatment — all online.
Can I get a Spanish prescription online?
In some cases, yes. After reviewing your situation, a doctor may issue a Spanish prescription if it’s medically appropriate.
How do online consultations work?
You choose a doctor, select a suitable time, and connect by video. During the consultation, you can discuss your symptoms, ask questions, or request a prescription or medical certificate.
What types of online medical services are available on Oladoctor?
On Oladoctor, patients can access different types of online medical services provided by independent doctors, depending on their needs:
- Express GP consultation (€39)
A short video consultation for common health concerns. You don’t need to choose a doctor – the next available GP will consult with you online. - Prescription requests (€19)
Suitable if you already know the medication you’re taking or need a renewal. A doctor reviews your request and decides whether a prescription can be issued.If a prescription isn’t appropriate, the service fee is refunded.
- Specialist consultation (from €40)
A full online consultation with a specialist such as a psychiatrist, dermatologist, paediatrician, gynaecologist or urologist, for more complex or ongoing issues.
