3. Cómo tomar Difur 120 mg cápsulas duras

Es un medicamento para uso oral.

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración del medicamento contenidas en este prospecto o las indicadas por su médico o farmacéutico. En caso de duda consulte a su médico o farmacéutico.

Posología

Uso en adultos y adolescentes:La dosis recomendada es de 1 cápsula (120 mg)/3 veces al día, lo que equivale a 360 mg de Extracto de Polypodium leucotomosdiarios.

En caso de necesidad, podrá administrarse una cápsula adicional, preferiblemente por la noche.

La duración recomendada del tratamiento es de 4 semanas. Pasado este periodo de tiempo, consulte al médico sobre la conveniencia de continuarlo.

Uso en niños de 6 a 12 años:

La dosis recomendada es de 120 mg (1 cápsula)/2 veces al día, lo que equivale a 240 mg de Extracto de Polypodium leucotomosdiarios.

Si los síntomas persisten o se agravan dos semanas después del inicio del tratamiento, consulte al médico.

Forma de administración

Difur se administra por vía oral.

Tome las cápsulas 30 minutos antes de cada una de las comidas principales, enteras, con ayuda de algo de líquido.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Difur puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

Con una frecuencia muy rara (afectan a menos de 1 de cada 10.000 pacientes) pueden aparecer molestias en el estómago, erupción en la piel y picor.

No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.

Mantener fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

No utilice Difur 120 mg cápsulas duras después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que no necesita. De esta forma ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.

Composición de Difur 120 mg cápsulas duras

  • El principio activo es el extracto de Polypodium leucotomos L.. Cada cápsula dura contiene 120 mg de extracto seco de rizoma de Polypodium leucotomos L(DER nativo 4-6:1) correspondiente a 2,5-6,25 mg de ácido quínico. Disolvente de extracción: Etanol 12,5% V/V.

Los demás componentes son: Contenido de la cápsula: almidón de maíz, lactosa anhidra y estearato de magnesio (E-572). Cubierta de la cápsula: gelatina, eritrosina (E-127), amarillo de quinoleína (E-104) y dióxido de titanio (E-171).

Difur se presenta en forma de cápsulas duras de gelatina, con tapa de color naranja y cuerpo de color blanco, acondicionadas en blíster de PVC-aluminio, en envases que contienen 24 ó 96 cápsulas.
