Need to speak with a doctor?

Some symptoms need a doctor's evaluation before a prescription can be issued. If that's your case, we'll connect you with a doctor for a short video consultation — and you'll get personalised treatment, not just a prescription.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal in Spain?
Yes. In Spain, licensed doctors can issue electronic prescriptions after a clinical assessment — including through telemedicine. All prescriptions on Oladoctor are issued by doctors registered with a Spanish Colegio de Médicos and are valid at any pharmacy in Spain via the private electronic prescription system (REMPe).
How does it work?
Choose your condition, answer 5 quick yes/no questions, and name the medication you need. A licensed doctor reviews your request and, if appropriate, issues an e-prescription. Average response time: 15 minutes. Maximum: 2 hours.
What if the doctor declines my request?
You receive a full refund. The doctor makes an independent clinical decision — a prescription is only issued when it is medically appropriate. No exceptions.
What conditions can I request a prescription for?
UTI (cystitis), sinus infection, STD treatment, erectile dysfunction, ear pain, allergies, asthma (inhaler renewal), dental pain, hemorrhoids, urinary incontinence, conjunctivitis, flu (oseltamivir), herpes, vaginal thrush, migraine (triptan renewal), and prescription renewal (refill). This service is not available for controlled substances, psychotropic medications, or GLP-1 treatments.
What if I need a video consultation?
If your answers suggest that a prescription without examination is not safe, we'll offer you an express video consultation with a doctor (€39, 15 minutes). The doctor can assess your condition, adjust treatment, and prescribe if appropriate — all in one call.
Can I add more than one prescription?
Yes. After completing your first request, you can add another product — for example, UTI treatment and an allergy prescription in the same order. Each product has its own short questionnaire and is charged separately (€24 each).
How much does it cost?
Priority prescription review: €24. Express video consultation (if needed): €39. Medication is purchased separately at the pharmacy. Full refund applies if the doctor declines your request.
How long is the prescription valid?
Validity depends on the medication and Spanish regulations. Most prescriptions cover up to 3 months of treatment. Chronic medication renewals cover up to 90 days. Your doctor will specify the exact duration.
