On Oladoctor, you can book online consultations with doctors, request prescriptions or medical certificates, and follow up on ongoing treatment — all online.

In some cases, yes. After reviewing your situation, a doctor may issue a Spanish prescription if it’s medically appropriate.

You choose a doctor, select a suitable time, and connect by video. During the consultation, you can discuss your symptoms, ask questions, or request a prescription or medical certificate.

On Oladoctor, patients can access different types of online medical services provided by independent doctors, depending on their needs: <ol> <li><strong>Express GP consultation (€39)</strong> A short video consultation for common health concerns. You don’t need to choose a doctor – the next available GP will consult with you online.</li>

<li><strong>Prescription requests (€21)</strong> Suitable if you already know the medication you’re taking or need a renewal. A doctor reviews your request and decides whether a prescription can be issued.

If a prescription isn’t appropriate, the service fee is refunded.</li>

<li><strong>Specialist consultation (from €40)</strong> A full online consultation with a specialist such as a psychiatrist, dermatologist, paediatrician, gynaecologist or urologist, for more complex or ongoing issues.</li> </ol>
