  • Si es alérgico (hipersensible) a alguno de los componentes de Polen de Phleum pratense Soluprick, aparte del principio activo (ver sección 6.Información adicional).
  • Si está tomando algún medicamento que contenga agentes bloqueantes de los receptores β (“beta-bloqueantes”) para controlar su tensión arterial.
  • Si tiene problemas de piel en la zona donde se va a aplicar el producto para realizar la prueba con alérgenos por punción.

Medicamentos:

El tratamiento con comprimidos de menos de 10 mg de prednisolona por día no suprimirá la reacción a la prueba con alérgenos por punción.

Los antidepresivos pueden interferir con el resultado de la prueba con alérgenos por

punción. Debe consultar con su médico acerca del riesgo de suspender el tratamiento con un

antidepresivo comparado con los beneficios de llevar a cabo la prueba con alérgenos

por punción.

Embarazo y lactancia

3. Cómo usar Polen de Phleum pratense Soluprick

La prueba con alérgenos por punción es posible ya tras el primer año de vida

dependiendo de la constitución del niño, pero en general no se debe llevar a cabo antes de

los 4 años de edad.

Este medicamento será aplicado exclusivamente por profesionales sanitarios cualificados, que le

darán las instrucciones a seguir. El procedimiento es el siguiente:

  • La prueba con alérgenos por punción se lleva a cabo normalmente en la cara interna del

antebrazo. De forma alternativa, la prueba se puede hacer sobre la espalda.

  • La piel debe estar seca y limpia, y debe ser desinfectada con alcohol por la enfermera o por el

médico.

  • Las preparaciones para la prueba y los controles se aplican en pequeñas gotas sobre la piel a

una distancia adecuada entre sí (se puede usar una cinta numerada).

  • El médico/enfermero perfora la capa superficial de la piel con una lanceta ALK a través de las

gotas.

  • La reacción se lee tras 15 minutos. Una reacción positiva es una pequeña hinchazón elevada

pálida, o una pápula con el borde rojo.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Polen de Phleum pratenseSoluprick puede

producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

Muy frecuentemente (en más de 1 de cada 10 pacientes) se puede formar una pápula que se extiende de

forma gradual en la zona, durante los primeros 10-20 minutos tras la aplicación del alérgeno.

Muy frecuentemente (en más de 1 de cada 10 pacientes) puede aparecer hinchazón local extenso y

enrojecimiento a las 6-24 horas tras la aplicación del alérgeno.

En casos muy raros (menos de 1 de cada 10.000 pacientes) puede producirse una reacción anafiláctica

(una reacción severa por todo el cuerpo que se reconoce por la aparición de pápulas, picor,

dificultad para respirar o desmayo) tras llevar a cabo la prueba con alérgenos por punción con

alérgenos activos. Si esto ocurre, su médico o profesional sanitario tendrá un equipo de emergencia

disponible con una jeringa de adrenalina “lista para usar”.

5. Conservación de Polen de Phleum pratense Soluprick

  • Mantener fuera del alcance y de la vista de los niños.
  • Conservar en nevera (entre 2ºC-8ºC). Una vez abierto: el producto debe almacenarse un máximo de

6 meses a 2ºC-8ºC (después debe desecharse).

  • No utilice Polen de Phleum pratense Soluprick después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en

el envase. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los

medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE de la farmacia. En caso de

duda, pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos

que no necesita. De esta forma ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.
