1. Qué es Dolalgial y para qué se utiliza

Dolalgial es un medicamento analgésico que pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos denominados antiinflamatorios no esteroideos. Es un medicamento eficaz para reducir el dolor.

Dolalgial está indicado en el alivio sintomático del dolor leve a moderado en adultos, como dolor de cabeza, dental, menstrual, muscular (contracturas) o de espalda (lumbalgia).

2. Qué necesita saber antes de empezar a tomar Dolalgial

No tome Dolalgial

  • si es alérgico (hipersensible) al clonixino lisina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de Dolalgial.
  • si padece úlcera activa de estómago.
  • si padece trastornos de formación de las células sanguíneas.
  • si padece insuficiencia renal severa.
  • si tiene tendencia a padecer hemorragias digestivas.
  • si está embarazada o en periodo de lactancia (ver el apartado de embarazo y lactancia).

Advertencias y precauciones

Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de tomar Dolalgial si:

  • si tiene antecedentes de alteraciones gastrointestinales, úlceras de estómago o enfermedad inflamatoria del intestino, especialmente si utiliza clonixino lisina a dosis altas (4 comprimidos al día).
  • si padece alteración de la función del riñón leve a moderada.
  • si padece algún trastorno del corazón.
  • si tiene antecedentes de hipersensibilidad (alergia) a antiinflamatorios, antecedentes de ataques de asma, así como erupciones de la piel o rinitis agudas.
  • si consume antiinflamatorios no esteroideos a dosis muy altas.
  • si padece alteración de la función del hígado.
  • clonixino lisina puede provocar dificultad para quedarse embarazada. Debe informar a su médico si tiene planeado o tiene problemas para quedarse embarazada.

Consulte a su médico, incluso si cualquiera de las circunstancias anteriormente mencionadas le hubieran ocurrido alguna vez.

Niños y adolescentes

No utilizar en menores de 18 años, sin consultar al médico.

Uso de Dolalgial con otros medicamentos

Informe a su médico o farmacéutico si está utilizando o ha utilizado recientemente otros medicamentos, incluso los adquiridos sin receta.

Ciertos medicamentos pueden interaccionar con Dolalgial, en estos casos puede resultar necesario cambiar la dosis o interrumpir el tratamiento con alguno de los medicamentos, por lo que no deben utilizarse sin consultar al médico.

Esto es especialmente importante en el caso de:

  • Sales de litio (se utilizan en el tratamiento de la depresión).
  • Antihipertensivos (medicamentos que se utilizan para el tratamiento de la tensión alta).
  • Diuréticos (medicamentos que aumentan la secreción de orina).
  • Antiinflamatorios no esteroideos.
  • Glucocorticoides (medicamentos utilizados en el tratamiento de la inflamación).
  • Ticlopidina, heparina y trombolíticos (medicamentos que impiden la formación de un coágulo en sangre).
  • Metotrexato (utilizado para el tratamiento del cáncer y de la artritis reumatoide).

Uso de Dolalgial con alimentos, bebidas y alcohol

No se debe tomar con alcohol ya que se potencia el riesgo de aparición de úlcera.

Debe tomarlo preferentemente con las comidas.

Embarazo y lactancia

Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar cualquier medicamento.

Embarazo:

No se debe tomar Dolalgial durante el primer y el segundo trimestre del embarazo.

Este medicamento está contraindicado durante el tercer trimestre.

IMPORTANTE PARA LA MUJER:

Si está usted embarazada o cree que pudiera estarlo, consulte a su médico antes de tomar este medicamento. El consumo de medicamentos durante el embarazo, puede ser peligroso para el embrión o el feto y debe de ser vigilado por su médico.

Lactancia:

No se recomienda la administración de este medicamento a mujeres en periodo de lactancia, ya que el clonixino lisina pasa a la leche materna.

Conducción y uso de máquinas

Durante el tratamiento deben evitarse situaciones que requieran un estado especial de alerta, como la conducción de vehículos o el manejo de maquinaria peligrosa, ya que el clonixino lisina puede disminuir la capacidad de reacción. Por tanto, procure no realizar tareas que puedan requerir una atención especial, hasta que sepa como tolera el medicamento.

3. Cómo tomar Dolalgial

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración de Dolalgial indicadas por su médico. Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico si tiene dudas.

Dolalgial se administra por vía oral. Los comprimidos deben ingerirse enteros sin ser partidos ni masticados, acompañados de 1 vaso de líquido, preferiblemente agua. La administración se debe realizar conjuntamente con las comidas para reducir las posibles molestias de estómago.

Adultos (mayores 18 años):

La dosis normal es de 1 ó 2 comprimidos hasta 3 veces por día, según la intensidad del dolor, con un máximo de 6 comprimidos al día (750 mg de clonixino lisina por día).

Uso en niños y adolescentes:

No utilizar en menores de 18 años, sin consultar al médico.

Pacientes mayores de 65 años:

Se utilizará el tratamiento con precaución, siguiendo las instrucciones del médico.

Pacientes con enfermedades del riñón:

Se utilizará el tratamiento con precaución, siguiendo las instrucciones del médico.

Pacientes con enfermedades del hígado:

Se utilizará el tratamiento con precaución, siguiendo las instrucciones del médico.

La administración de este medicamento está supeditada a la aparición de los síntomas dolorosos. A medida que éstos desaparezcan debe suspenderse la medicación.

La duración de este tratamiento depende del tipo de dolor, intensidad y de la evolución de la enfermedad. Si el dolor se mantiene durante más de 10 días o aparecen otros síntomas, debe interrumpir el tratamiento y consultar al médico.

Si toma más Dolalgial del que debe:

Si se sobrepasan las dosis recomendadas, pueden originarse dolores de cabeza, vértigo, temblor así como dolor abdominal, náuseas y vómitos.

En caso de sobredosis o ingestión accidental, consulte inmediatamente a su médico o farmacéutico o llame al Servicio de Información Toxicológica, teléfono: 91 562 04 20, indicando el medicamento y la cantidad ingerida.

En caso de ingestión masiva, le tendrán que efectuar un lavado de estómago y tratamiento sintomático.

Si olvidó tomar Dolalgial:

No tome una dosis doble para compensar las dosis olvidadas.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, este medicamento puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

  • cansancio
  • falta de apetito.

5. Conservación de Dolalgial

Mantener fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

Conservar en su envase original para protegerlo de la humedad y no conservar a temperatura superior a 30?C.

No utilice Dolalgial después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE de la farmacia. En caso de duda pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que no necesita. De esta forma, ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.

6. Contenido del envase e información adicional

Composición de Dolalgial

El principio activo es clonixino lisina. Cada comprimido contiene 125 mg de clonixino lisina.

Los demás componentes son: almidón de maíz pregelatinizado, celulosa microcristalina, estearato de magnesio, sílice coloidal, sepifilm 820 blanco (hipromelosa, triacetato de glicerol, dióxido de titanio (E-171) y talco).

Aspecto del producto y contenido del envase

Dolalgial son comprimidos recubiertos, de color blanco, redondos y llevan grabado en una cara la letra “D”.

Se presentan en envase de 20 comprimidos recubiertos en blister.
