1. Qué es Anpeval y para qué se utiliza

Anpeval pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos denominados antiagregantes plaquetarios, que actúan evitando la formación de coágulos (trombos) que pueden obstruir los vasos sanguíneos.

Este medicamento está indicado en adultos para reducir el riesgo de reaparición de un infarto de miocardio, de una angina estable o inestable o de un infarto cerebral en pacientes que han padecido previamente alguno de estos procesos. También está indicado en pacientes que han sido sometidos a una operación de “by-pass” coronario.

2. Qué necesita saberantes de tomar Anpeval

No tome Anpeval:

  • Si es alérgico al triflusal o a alguno de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6).
  • Si es alérgico (hipersensible) a los salicilatos
  • Si tiene una úlcera de estómago o antecedentes de úlcera de estómago complicada. Si padece cualquier otro trastorno que cause hemorragias.

Advertencias y precauciones

Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de empezar a tomar Anpeval

  • Si padece insuficiencia renal o hepática.
  • Si está expuesto a riesgo de hemorragia, sea por traumatismo u otras situaciones patológicas o porque toma, durante periodos prolongados de tiempo, antiinflamatorios no esteroides (medicamentos utilizados para tratar el dolor y/o la inflamación de músculos o articulaciones).
  • Si va a someterse a alguna intervención quirúrgica. En este caso el riesgo hemorrágico debe evaluarse y, si fuera necesario, Vd. tendrá que dejar de tomar Anpeval siete días antes de la intervención.

Niños y adolescentes

La seguridad y eficacia en menores de 18 años no ha sido establecida, por lo tanto, no está recomendada su administración a ese grupo de edad.

Toma de Anpeval con otros medicamentos

3. Cómo tomar Anpeval

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración de este medicamento indicadas por su médico o farmacéutico. En caso de duda, consulte de nuevo a su médico o farmacéutico.

La dosis recomendada es de dos cápsulas (600 mg de triflusal) al día en una toma única o repartida en dos tomas o de tres cápsulas (900 mg de triflusal) al día repartida en tres tomas.

No lo suspenda sin que su médico se lo indique.

Forma de administración

Vía oral.

Ingiera la cápsula con una cantidad suficiente de líquido y preferentemente con las comidas.

Si toma más Anpeval del que debe:

En caso de sobredosis o ingestión accidental consulte inmediatamente a su médico o farmacéutico o llame al Servicio de Información Toxicológica, teléfono: 91 562 04 20, indicando el medicamento y la cantidad ingerida.

Por ingestión de dosis muy elevadas pueden aparecer síntomas de intoxicación por salicilatos (dolor de cabeza, zumbidos, vértigo, náuseas, vómitos, respiración acelerada).

Si olvidó tomar Anpeval:

En caso de olvido de una dosis, espere a la siguiente.

No tome una dosis doble para compensar la dosis olvidada.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, este medicamento puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

Efectos adversos muy frecuentes (pueden afectar a más de 1 de cada 10 pacientes):pesadez de estómago.

Efectos adversos frecuentes (pueden afectar a entre 1 y 10 de cada 100 pacientes):dolor de cabeza, dolor abdominal, náuseas, estreñimiento, vómitos, flatulencia y anorexia. Estos síntomas suelen ser leves y desaparecer al cabo de pocos días incluso sin suspender el tratamiento.

Efectos adversos poco frecuentes (pueden afectar a entre 1 y 10 de cada 1000 pacientes):hemorragia gastrointestinal, abdomen distendido, diarrea, sangre en las heces, hemorragia rectal, sangre en la orina, hematomas, púrpura (manchas púrpuras en la piel o membranas mucosas), hemorragia nasal, sangrado de las encías y hemorragia cerebral. Infección de las vías urinarias, picor y erupción de la piel, confusión, vértigo, mareo, convulsiones, zumbido en los oídos, disminución de la capacidad auditiva, alteración del gusto, aumento de la tensión arterial, accidente esquémico transitorio, dificultad para respirar, infección respiratoria de las vías altas (nariz, garganta), anemia, fiebre, síntomas de gripe.

Efectos adversos muy raros (pueden afectar hasta 1 de cada 10.000 pacientes):reacción alérgica de la piel expuesta a la luz solar.

Si observa cualquiera de los efectos adversos mencionados de manera intensa o prolongada, interrumpa el tratamiento y consulte a su médico lo antes posible.

Si observa cualquier otra reacción no descrita en este prospecto, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico.

5. Conservación de Anpeval

Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

No conservar a temperatura superior a 25°C.

Conservar en el envase original para protegerlo de la humedad.

No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad indicada en el envase después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE de la farmacia. Pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que no necesita. De esta forma ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.
