How do I book a consultation?

Choose a medical specialty (like general practice or dermatology), then pick a doctor based on availability. During booking, you’ll enter some basic details — name, date of birth, email, and ID. After confirmation, you’ll get a secure link to join by video. No app needed.

What services can I get on Oladoctor?

You can book consultations in general medicine, mental health, dermatology, paediatrics, and more. Also available: • Express Consultations — 15-minute appointments for common issues like colds or stomach pain • Prescription renewals — complete a short form, video not required • Medical Certificates — compliant with local rules (e.g. for work or driving), if medically justified

How do I know if a doctor speaks my language?

Each profile shows which languages the doctor speaks. You can also filter doctors by language before booking.
