1. Qué es Venoruton oxerutinas y para qué se utiliza

El principio activo de Venoruton oxerutinas es oxerutinas, que pertenece al grupo de medicamentos vasoprotectores, que protegen los vasos sanguíneos (vasoprotectores sistémicos).

Está indicado, en adultos, para el alivio de los síntomas relacionados con la insuficiencia venosa leve de las extremidades inferiores, tales como dolor, sensación de pesadez, tirantez, hormigueo y picor en piernas con varices o piernas hinchadas.

Está indicado para el alivio de los síntomas relacionados con las hemorroides, como el dolor o la inflamación en la zona del ano, en adultos.

Debe consultar a un médico si empeora o no mejora después de 2 semanas de tratamiento en caso de insuficiencia venosa, o después de 1 semana de tratamiento en caso de hemorroides.

2. Qué necesita saber antes de empezar a tomar Venoruton oxerutinas

No tome Venoruton oxerutinas:

  • si es alérgico al principio activo o a alguno de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6)

Niños y adolescentes

Embarazo, lactancia y fertilidad

De acuerdo a las recomendaciones de seguridad generalmente aceptadas, no se debe usar Venoruton oxerutinas durante los primeros 3 meses del embarazo.

No se tiene constancia de si el medicamento pasa a leche materna, por lo que se desaconseja su uso durante la lactancia.

Conducción y uso de máquinas

Puede experimentar fatiga y mareos con el uso de Venoruton oxerutinas, aunque es raro. Si esto sucede, no conduzca ni utilice máquinas.

Venoruton oxerutinas contiene sacarosa y sodio

Este medicamento contiene sacarosa. Si su médico le ha indicado que padece una intolerancia a ciertos azúcares, consulte con él antes de tomar este medicamento.

Este medicamento contiene menos de 1 mmol de sodio (23 mg) por sobre; esto es, esencialmente "exento de sodio”.

3. Cómo tomar Venoruton

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración del medicamento contenidas en este prospecto o las indicadas por su médico, farmacéutico o enfermero. En caso de duda, pregunte a su médico, farmacéutico o enfermero.

Adultos:

Insuficiencia venosa:

La dosis recomendada es de 1 sobre al día.

El alivio de los síntomas se produce habitualmente en las primeras 2 semanas de tratamiento.

Si no siente alivio a las 2 semanas o los síntomas empeoran, debe consultar al médico.

Por indicación del médico se puede continuar el tratamiento con la misma dosis diaria (1 sobre) hasta 2-3 meses.

Hemorroides:

La dosis recomendada es de 1 sobre al día. Si los síntomas no mejoran o empeoran en la primera semana de tratamiento, debe consultar al médico.

Forma de administración

Para abrir por favor separar los sobres por la zona perforada. Abrir cada sobre individual rasgando el sobre desde el punto indicado por la flecha; si no puede abrir el sobre con la mano puede utilizar unas tijeras.

Disolver el contenido del sobre en 1 vaso de agua y beber a continuación.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, este medicamento puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

Si se experimentan alguno de estos síntomas,que pueden ser signos de una reacción alérgica/anafiloide,cese el tratamiento y consulte a un médico inmediatamente:

  • dificultad para respirar o tragar;
  • hinchazón de la cara, labios, lengua o garganta;
  • picor severo de la piel, con erupción de color rojo, ronchas o protuberancias.

5. Conservación de Venoruton oxerutinas

Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en la caja después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Conservar en el embalaje original para protegerlo de la humedad. Conservar por debajo de 30ºC.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE de la farmacia. En caso de duda pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que no necesita. De esta forma, ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.
