1. What Glucosamine Normon is and what it is used for
Glucosamine belongs to the group of medicines called other anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic non-steroidal compounds.
This medicine is used to relieve the symptoms produced by mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis.
2. What you need to know before taking Glucosamine Normon
- Do not take Glucosamine Normon
- if you are allergic to glucosamine or any of the other components of this medicine (listed in section 6).
- If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to shellfish, as glucosamine is obtained from shellfish.
- Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting to take Glucosamine Normon
- If you have altered sugar tolerance (glucose). More frequent checks of blood sugar levels may be necessary when starting treatment with glucosamine.
