1. Qué es Desloratadina Tarbis y para qué se utiliza

Desloratadina Tarbis comprimidos es un medicamento antialérgico que no produce somnolencia. Ayuda a controlar la reacción alérgica y sus síntomas.

Desloratadina Tarbis comprimidos alivia los síntomas asociados con la rinitis alérgica (inflamación de las fosas nasales provocada por una alergia, por ejemplo, fiebre del heno o alergia a ácaros del polvo). Estos síntomas incluyen estornudos, moqueo o picor nasal, picor en el paladar y picor, enrojecimiento de ojos o lagrimeo.

Desloratadina Tarbis comprimidos también se utiliza para aliviar los síntomas asociados con la urticaria (enfermedad de la piel provocada por una alergia). Estos síntomas incluyen picor y ronchas cutáneas.

El alivio de estos síntomas dura un día completo y le ayuda a continuar sus actividades diarias y periodos de sueño normales.

3. Cómo tomar Desloratadina Tarbis

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración de este medicamento indicadas por su médico o farmacéutico. En caso de duda, consulte de nuevo a su médico o farmacéutico.

La dosis usual es:

Población pediátrica: No se ha establecido la eficacia y seguridad de Desloratadina Tarbis en niños menores de 12 años de edad. No hay datos disponibles.

Adultos y adolescentes (12 años de edad y mayores): tomar un comprimido una vez al día. Tragar el comprimido entero con agua, con o sin los alimentos.

Respecto a la duración del tratamiento, su médico determinará el tipo de rinitis alérgica que padece y durante cuánto tiempo debe tomar Desloratadina Tarbis.

Si su rinitis alérgica es intermitente (presencia de síntomas durante menos de 4 días a la semana o durante menos de 4 semanas), su médico le recomendará una pauta de tratamiento que dependerá de la evaluación de la historia de su enfermedad.

Si su rinitis alérgica es persistente (presencia de síntomas durante 4 o más días a la semana y durante más de 4 semanas), su médico puede recomendarle un tratamiento a largo plazo.

Para la urticaria, la duración del tratamiento puede variar de un paciente a otro y por lo tanto deberá seguir las instrucciones de su médico.

Si toma más Desloratadina Tarbis del que debe

Tome Desloratadina Tarbis únicamente como su médico le ha indicado. No se espera que una sobredosis accidental cause problemas graves.

En caso de sobredosis o ingestión accidental consulte inmediatamente a su médico o farmacéutico o llame al Servicio de Información Toxicológica, teléfono: 91 562 04 20, indicando el medicamento y la cantidad ingerida.

Si olvidó tomar Desloratadina Tarbis

Si olvidó tomar su dosis a su hora, tómela lo antes posible, y después continúe con el esquema de dosificación habitual. No tome una dosis doble para compensar las dosis olvidadas.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Desloratadina Tarbis puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.

En adultos, los efectos adversos fueron aproximadamente los mismos que con un comprimido que no contiene principio activo. Sin embargo, el cansancio, la sequedad de boca y el dolor de cabeza se comunicaron más frecuentemente que con un comprimido que no contiene principio activo. En adolescentes, el dolor de cabeza fue la reacción adversa comunicada más frecuentemente.

Durante la comercialización de Desloratadina Tarbis, se han comunicado muy raramente casos de reacciones alérgicas graves (dificultad al respirar, respiración con pitos, picor, ronchas cutáneas e hinchazón) y erupción cutánea. También se han comunicado muy raramente palpitaciones, latidos cardíacos rápidos, dolor de estómago, náuseas (ganas de vomitar), vómitos, estómago revuelto, diarrea, mareo, somnolencia, dificultad para dormir, dolor muscular, alucinaciones, convulsiones, agitación con aumento de movimiento corporal, inflamación del hígado y alteración en las pruebas de la función hepática.

Se han comunicado los siguientes efectos adversos pero la frecuencia no puede estimarse a partir de los datos disponibles (Frecuencia no conocida): comportamiento anormal, agresión, cambios en la forma de latir del corazón, estado de ánimo deprimido, ojos secos, aumento de peso y aumento del apetito.

Si experimenta efectos adversos, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico, incluso si se trata de efectos adversos que no aparecen en este prospecto.

5. Conservación de Desloratadina Tarbis

Mantener fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

No utilice Desloratadina Tarbis después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase y blister, después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Conservar en el embalaje original para protegerlo de la luz y la humedad.

No utilice este medicamento si observa algún cambio en el aspecto de los comprimidos.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE de la farmacia. En caso de duda pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que no necesita. De esta forma, ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.

Composición de Desloratadina Tarbis

  • El principio activo es desloratadina 5 mg
  • Los demás componentes del comprimido son: lactosa anhidra, celulosa microcristalina, hidrógeno fosfato cálcico anhidro, hidroxipropilcelulosa de baja sustitución, estearato de magnesio, sílice coloidal, hipromelosa, dióxido de titanio (E- 171), talco, laca índigo carmín (E-132) y macrogol 6000.
