1. What is Cefuroxime Teva-ratio and what is it used for
Cefuroxime Teva-ratio is an antibiotic used in both adults and children. It works by killing the bacteria that cause infections. It belongs to a group of medicines called cephalosporins.
Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections and are not effective against viral infections such as flu or common cold. It is important that you follow the instructions regarding the dose, administration, and duration of treatment indicated by your doctor. Do not store or reuse this medicine. 2. What you need to know before taking Cefuroxime Teva-ratio
Do not take Cefuroxime Teva-ratio:

- If you have ever had a severe allergic reaction (hypersensitivity) to any other type of beta-lactam antibiotic (penicillins, monobactams, and carbapenem derivatives).
- If you think this applies to you, do not take Cefuroxime Teva-ratiountil you have consulted your doctor.
- If you have ever developed a severe skin rash or skin peeling and/or mouth ulcers after treatment with cefuroxime or any other cephalosporin antibiotic.

3. How to take Cefuroxime Teva-ratio
