BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral es un medicamento tradicional a base de plantas para la tos productiva asociada al resfriado, y para aliviar la tos seca en la irritación de garganta. Basado exclusivamente en su uso tradicional. BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante es un medicamento para adultos, adolescentes y niños mayores de 6 años.

Debe de consultar con un médico si empeora o si no mejora después de 5 días de tratamiento.

2. Qué necesita saber antes de empezar a tomar BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral

No tome BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral

Si es hipersensible (alérgico) a los principios activos a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6), o a otras plantas de la familiade las Labiadas o Lamiaceae.

Advertencias y precauciones

Consule con su médico antes de tomar Bronchostop simedicamento:

Toma de BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante con otros medicamentos

La absorción de medicamentos administrados de forma concomitante puede retrasarse. Como medida de precaución, el producto no debe tomarse de media a 1 hora antes o después de la ingesta de otros medicamentos.

3. Cómo tomar BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral

Si tiene dificultad para respirar, tiene fiebre alta, su flema es de color amarillo verdoso o marrón (esputo purulento), debe consultar a su médico.

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración del medicamento contenidas en este prospecto o las indicadas por su médico o farmacéutico. En caso de duda, consulte de nuevo a su médico o farmacéutico.

La dosis recomendada es:

Adultos y adolescentes mayores de 12 años

Utilizando el vaso dosificador, 15 ml cada 4 horas (4 veces al día). Si se requiere, se pueden tomar hasta un máximo de 6 dosis por día (90 ml).

Niños entre 6 y 12 años de edad:

Utilizando el vaso dosificador 7,5 ml cada 3 a 4 horas (4 veces al día ). Si se requiere, se pueden tomar hasta un máximo de 6 dosis por día (45 ml).

Uso en niños menores de 6 años

BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral no se recomienda en pacientes menores de 6 años.

La duración recomendada del tratamiento es de 5 días. No continúe el tratamiento sin consultar antes con su médico sobre la conveniencia de continuar el mismo. Tenga en cuenta las advertencias y precauciones de la sección 2.

Forma de administración:

Solución para uso oral

Tome BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral sin diluir, midiendo la dosis recomendada según la edad, en el vaso dosificador cuya escala va de los 2,5 ml a los 20 ml.

En caso necesario, el medicamento se puede administrar con agua o té caliente.

Si toma más cantidad de BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oraldel que debe:

Si ha tomado accidentalmente más de la dosis recomendada para este medicamento, los efectos adversos (incluidos en la sección 4) pueden intensificarse. Si alguno de estos efectos adversos es grave, informe a su médico. Él / ella podrá decidir las medidas a tomar.

4. Posibles efectos adversos

  • empeoramiento de los síntomas del asma

5. Conservación de BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral

Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.

Guarde el frasco en la caja original para proteger su contenido de la luz.

No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad, escrita en la caja en el epígrafe “Fecha de caducidad”, después de “CAD”. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Cierre el frasco con firmeza. Una vez abierto el frasco, utilice su contenido dentro de las 4 semanas posteriores. Escriba la fecha de apertura del envase en el recuadro blanco que aparece en la caja.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que ya no necesita. De esta forma, ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.

6. Contenido del envase e información adicional

Composición de BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y Expectorante, solución oral

Los principios activos son:

15 ml (= 15,45 g) de la solución oral contienen:

0,12 g de extracto seco de hojas y flores de tomillo (relación extracto-droga, (DER) = 7-13: 1; agente de extracción: agua).

0,83 g de extracto líquido de raíz de malvavisco (relación extracto-droga, (DER) = 1:12-14; agente de extracción: agua).

Los demás componentes son:

Maltodextrina, acacia (goma arábiga), xilitol (E967), parahidroxibenzoato de metilo (E218), parahidroxibenzoato de propilo (E216), zumo concentrado de frambuesa (conteniendo sacarosa, glucosa y fructosa), goma xantana, ácido cítrico monohidrato (E330), aromatizante de frambuesa (aromatizantes sintéticos y naturales, propilenglicol E1520)), maltodextrina, goma arábiga, glicerol (E422), sacarina de sodio (E954), neohesperidina-dihidrocalcona, agua purificada.

Aspecto del producto y contenido del envase

BRONCHOSTOP Antitusivo y expectorante solución oral es una solución viscosa marrón rojiza con olor y sabor a tomillo y frambuesa. Se presenta en frascos de vidrio ámbar con tapón de rosca sellado en tamaño de 120 ml, 200 ml y 240 ml. No necesariamente se comercializarán todos los tamaños de envase.

El vaso dosificador que se adjunta en el envase, con una escala de 2,5 ml a 20 ml, facilita tomar con precisión la dosis recomendada.
