1. Qué es Aciclovir Teva y para qué se utiliza

Aciclovir Teva 200 mg contiene un principio activo llamado aciclovir. Pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos conocidos como antivirales. Se emplea en el tratamiento de infecciones producidas por virus.

Aciclovir Teva esta indicado en:

  • Tratamiento de la varicela y herpes zoster.
  • Tratamiento del herpes labial, herpes genital y otras infecciones por herpes simplex.
  • En la detección de infecciones reiteradas.
  • En la detección de estos problemas pacientes inmunodeprimidos, pacientes con un funcionamiento inadecuado del sistema inmunológico

2. Qué necesita saber antes de empezar a tomar Aciclovir Teva

No tome aciclovirteva

  • si es alérgico a aciclovir o valaciclovir,o a alguno de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6).

3. Cómo tomar Aciclovir Teva

Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración de este medicamento indicadas por su médico. En caso de duda, consulte de nuevo a su médico o farmacéutico.

Toma de este medicamento:

  • Tome este medicamento vía oral.
  • Tome el comprimido entero con un poco de agua.
  • Puede tomar este medicamento con o sin alimentos.
  • Comience la toma de Aciclovir Teva tan pronto como sea posible.

Su médico le indicará la duración y dosis de su tratamiento con este medicamento. También existe otra dosis de 800 mg en comprimidos disponible en el mercado.

Tratamiento de la varicela y el herpes zoster

  • La dosis habitual es de 800 mg, 5 veces al día.
  • Debe dejar un espacio de 4 horas entre dosis (omitiendo la dosis nocturna).

Por ejemplo: 7, 11, 15, 19 y 23 horas.

  • Debe tomar Aciclovir Teva durante 7 días.

Tratamiento de herpes labial y herpes genital

  • La dosis habitual es 200 mg, 5 veces al día.
  • Debe dejar un espacio de 4 horas entre dosis (omitiendo la dosis nocturna).

Por ejemplo: 7, 11, 15, 19 y 23 horas.

  • Debe tomar Aciclovir Teva durante 5 días o más si su médico así se lo indica.

En la detección de infecciones reiteradas

  • La dosis habitual es 200 mg, 4 veces al día
  • Debe dejar un espacio de 6 horas entre dosis
    • Debe tomar Aciclovir Teva hasta que su médico se lo indique.

En la detección de estos problemas en pacientes inmunodeprimidos, pacientes con un funcionamiento inadecuado del sistema inmunológico.

  • La dosis habitual es 200 mg, 4 veces al día
  • Usted debe dejar un espacio de 6 horas entre dosis.
    • Usted debe tomar Aciclovir Teva hasta que su médico se lo indique.

Su médico puede ajustar la dosis de Aciclovir Tevasi:

  • si es un niño,
  • si es usted una persona de edad avanzada,
  • si usted tiene problemas renales, si tiene problemas renales es importante beber mucha agua mientras está siendo tratado con Aciclovir .

Si toma más aciclovir tevadel que debe

En caso de sobredosis o ingestión accidental, consulte inmediatamente a su médico o farmacéutico o llame al Servicio de Información Toxicológica, teléfono: 91 562 04 20, indicando el medicamento y la cantidad ingerida.

Los síntomas de una sobredosis incluyen efectos en el estómago e intestino, tales como náuseas o vómitos y efectos sobre el sistema nervioso central, tales como confusión.

Si olvidó tomar aciclovir teva

Si olvida tomar Aciclovir Teva, tómelo tan pronto como lo recuerde. Sin embargo, si es casi la hora de su próxima dosis, omita la dosis olvidada.

  • dificultad para hablar,
  • incapacidad para pensar o juzgar claramente,
  • inconsciencia (coma),
  • parálisis de parte o de todo el cuerpo,
  • trastornos del comportamiento, del habla y de los movimientos oculares,

5. Conservación de Aciclovir Teva

Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.

No conservar a temperatura superior a 30ºC.

No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase y en la etiqueta el frasco después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

Los medicamentos no se deben tirar por los desagües ni a la basura. Deposite los envases y los medicamentos que no necesita en el Punto SIGRE Símbolo circular blanco con una cruz negra central y flecha curva indicando proceso de reciclaje o reutilización de la farmacia. Pregunte a su farmacéutico cómo deshacerse de los envases y de los medicamentos que ya no necesita. De esta forma, ayudará a proteger el medio ambiente.

Composición de aciclovir teva

  • El principio activo es aciclovir. Cada comprimido contiene200 mg de aciclovir
  • Los demás componentes son: povidona K 30(E1202), carboximetilalmidón sódico (tipo A) (procedente de almidón de patata) (E468), celulosa microcristalina (E460) y estearato de magnesio (E470b).
