What are the treatment options for fordyce pimples?

Hello. I was recently diagnosed with fordyce pimples on my penis. I don't want to undergo CO2 laser, cryotherapy or electrosurgery. I have tried several treatments and they have not worked for me. I would like to try a tretinoin cream. I want them removed for aesthetic reasons, thank you.

Hello!
Fordyce granules are a benign condition that does not require treatment. If they cause aesthetic discomfort, tretinoin cream may be used. In some patients, the elements become less noticeable, but usually do not disappear completely.
During treatment, redness, dryness and irritation of the skin may occur, so the drug should be used only as prescribed by a doctor and according to the recommended regimen.
If the desired cosmetic effect is not achieved, hardware removal methods remain the most effective.
