Septanazal for Children, (0.5 mg + 50 mg)/1 ml, Nasal Spray, Solution
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride + Dexpanthenol
This medicine should always be used exactly as described in this package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Septanazal for Children nasal spray contains the active substances: xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol.
Xylometazoline hydrochloride has a vasoconstrictive effect on the nasal mucosa, reducing swelling of the nasal mucosa and the amount of discharge. This helps to relieve the feeling of a blocked nose. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), which has wound-healing and protective properties for the nasal mucosa.
