The action of these substances contributes to lowering blood pressure.
This medication may be used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adult patients who are adequately controlled with the individual products administered simultaneously at the same dose level as in the combination, but as separate tablets.

If you are undergoing surgery, inform your doctor or dentist that you are taking this medication. This is because this medication, when combined with certain anesthetics, can cause excessive lowering of blood pressure.
