Sylimarol Plus contains a silymaryno-phospholipid complex with a 30% content of flavonolignans calculated as silybin. It is used traditionally in proposed indications and its effectiveness is based solely on a long period of use and experience.
The medicine is used as a supportive treatment in liver function disorders.
In case of jaundice symptoms (yellowing of the skin or yellowing of the eyeball), consult a doctor.
If other symptoms worsen or do not improve, consult a doctor. The doctor may recommend continuing therapy.
No studies have been conducted on the safety of using the medicine in children and adolescents. It is not recommended to use the medicine in children under 12 years of age. In adolescents under 18 years of age, it can be used after prior consultation with a doctor.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines you are taking, or have recently taken, and about medicines you plan to take.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or plan to have a child, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
Due to the lack of data confirming safety, it is not recommended to use the preparation during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
The effect on the ability to drive and use machines has not been studied.

Usually, the recommended dose for adults is: 1 tablet 3 times a day in chronic diseases; 2 tablets 3 times a day in acute conditions, unless the doctor recommends otherwise.
The medicine should be taken after eating.
There are no reports of overdose.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
So far, no side effects of Sylimarol Plus have been reported.
During use, gastrointestinal disorders are possible. Mild laxative effects may occur occasionally.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the packaging. The expiry date refers to the last day of the given month.

What Sylimarol Plus contains:1 tablet contains 100 mg of silymaryno-phospholipid complex with a 30% content of flavonolignans calculated as silybin and 1.5% phosphorus.
Other ingredients (excipients) are: microcrystalline cellulose with colloidal silicon dioxide 2%, sodium carmellose, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide, indigo carmine lake (E 132), yellow quinoline lake (E 104).
Sylimarol Plus is available in the form of coated tablets. The package contains: 20 or 40 tablets in PVC/Al blisters in a cardboard box.
