oral drops, solution
This medicine should always be used exactly as described in the patient leaflet or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.
Juvit Multi contains basic vitamins necessary for human development and body functions.
Vitamins B and PP are involved in various cellular transformations, and their deficiency causes growth disorders, night blindness, and central nervous system dysfunction, as well as pathological changes in the oral cavity and skin. Vitamins C and E affect the functioning of the circulatory, nervous, and muscular systems, as well as the development of cartilage, bones, and teeth. Vitamin A plays a crucial role in the visual process. It is also necessary for growth, development, and functioning of skin epithelium and mucous membranes. Vitamin D regulates the metabolism of main bone minerals - calcium and phosphates.
Juvit Multi is used to prevent and treat vitamin deficiencies in infants and children:
In the case of kidney stones (currently or in the past) and in the case of sarcoidosis (an immune system disease characterized by the formation of granulomas), the use of the medicine is possible only in agreement with a doctor and in accordance with their recommendations.
Concomitant use with other medicines containing vitamins A and (or) D should be done only on the doctor's recommendation and in accordance with the established dosage.
Do not exceed the recommended doses.
Before starting to take Juvit Multi, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about all medicines the patient is taking or has recently taken, as well as any medicines the patient plans to take.
Concomitant administration of cholestyramine, paraffin oil, colestipol (medicines that reduce fat and cholesterol absorption) reduces the absorption of vitamins A, D, and E.
Vitamin A absorption is reduced during administration of neomycin, while vitamin D absorption is reduced in patients taking antiepileptic drugs and barbiturates (used in epilepsy).
Concomitant use of iron preparations weakens the effect of vitamin E, so a few-hour interval should be maintained between taking Juvit Multi and iron preparations.
Infants and young children can be given the medicine in a spoon with a drink or with food.
If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding, thinks she may be pregnant, or plans to have a child, she should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
The medicine can be used during pregnancy only on the doctor's recommendation and in accordance with the established dosage.
