Diohespan max increases venous tone and has a protective effect on blood vessels. It increases lymphatic drainage by enhancing the peristalsis (motility) of lymphatic vessels and lymph flow. The medication acts on microcirculation, reducing the permeability of small blood vessels, perivascular inflammation, and stasis in microcirculation. It also reduces the fragility of small blood vessels.
Symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs:
If after 7 days there is no improvement or you feel worse, consult a doctor.
If symptoms related to hemorrhoids persist or worsen despite treatment, consult a doctor. Treatment of symptoms related to hemorrhoids should be short-term.

Take the medication during meals.

Do not take this medication during breastfeeding, due to the lack of data on the penetration of diosmin into breast milk.
The medication has no influence or negligible influence on driving and using machines.
The medication contains 0.157 mg of benzyl alcohol in each sachet. Benzyl alcohol may cause allergic reactions.
The medication contains 0.407 mg of fructose in each sachet. Fructose in the medicinal product may have a harmful effect on teeth.
The medication contains 657.60 mg of glucose in each sachet. If you have previously been diagnosed with intolerance to some sugars, consult a doctor before taking the medication.
The medication contains 445.69 mg of sucrose in each sachet. If you have previously been diagnosed with intolerance to some sugars, consult a doctor before taking the medication.

1 sachet per day. Exacerbation of hemorrhoid symptoms: 3 sachets per day for 4 days, then 2 sachets per day for the next 3 days. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Take the medication during meals. The medication is administered orally. Pour the powder directly onto the tongue and swallow. If necessary, you can rinse with water or suspend in a small amount of water and drink.
No cases of poisoning due to overdose have been reported. Taking a higher dose than recommended may cause gastrointestinal disorders, vomiting, and nausea. If you take a higher dose than recommended, consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Store the medication out of sight and reach of children. There are no special precautions for storing the medication. Do not use this medication after the expiration date stated on the sachet and carton. The expiration date is the last day of the specified month. Markings on the sachet: Batch - batch number, EXP - expiration date. Medications should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste containers. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medications that are no longer needed. This will help protect the environment.
Diohespan max is an oral powder with an orange-cherry flavor, gray-yellow to light brown in color with lighter inclusions. The pack contains 10, 20, 30, or 60 sachets of 2.2 g of medication in a cardboard box.
