Warnings and Precautions

Before starting to take DIH, the patient should discuss it with their doctor or pharmacist.
In cases of exacerbation of symptoms caused by hemorrhoids, it should be remembered that the therapy with DIH is only symptomatic and should be short-term. If the symptoms do not subside, a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition by a doctor is required.

DIH and Other Medicines

The patient should inform their doctor or pharmacist about all medicines they are currently taking or have recently taken, as well as any medicines they plan to take.
No interaction studies have been conducted.

DIH with Food and Drink

The medicine should be taken during meals.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding, thinks they may be pregnant, or plans to have a child, they should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
Due to the lack of sufficient data, DIH may only be used during pregnancy if absolutely necessary.

Only in cases of exacerbation of symptoms caused by hemorrhoids is a higher dose of up to 6 tablets a day recommended, i.e., 2 times a day, 3 tablets for 4 days, and then a reduced dose: 4 tablets a day, i.e., 2 times a day, 2 tablets.

Taking a Higher Than Recommended Dose of DIH

In case of taking a significantly higher dose of the medicine than recommended, the patient should consult their doctor or pharmacist.
No symptoms of overdose are known.

Missing a Dose of DIH

The patient should not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
If a dose of DIH is missed, the patient should take the dose with the next meal: if they forgot to take the medicine in the morning, they should take it at noon, and the next dose should be taken as planned, i.e., in the evening.
In case of any further doubts about taking this medicine, the patient should consult their doctor or pharmacist.
