This medicine has been prescribed specifically for you. Do not pass it on to others. The medicine may harm another person, even if their symptoms are the same.

The active substance of the medicine is calcium dobesilate monohydrate, which improves venous circulation and has a protective effect on blood vessels. It reduces permeability and increases the elasticity of capillaries. It reduces platelet aggregation and blood plasma viscosity, thereby preventing the formation of stagnation and thrombosis in veins.
When not to use Calcium Dobesilate Hasco:
Calcium Dobesilate Hasco should be used with caution in patients with liver disease, recurrent venous thrombosis, or bleeding.
Calcium Dobesilate Hasco may enhance the effect of anticoagulant medicines, caution should be exercisedwhen used concomitantly.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless the doctor considers it absolutely necessary. Consult a doctor before taking the medicine.
Driving and operating machinery: Calcium Dobesilate Hasco does not affect the ability to drive and operate machinery.

The medicine has no effect on the ability to drive and operate machinery.
This medicine should always be taken exactly as described in the patient leaflet or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. In case of doubt, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
The medicine is taken orally.
Depending on the type and severity of the disease, 1 tablet (250 mg) is administered 3 or 4 times a day (from 750 mg to 1000 mg), during meals. The duration of treatment is usually from 3 weeks to 6 months. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 6 tablets a day (1500 mg) in divided doses.
Using a higher dose than recommended of Calcium Dobesilate Hasco
In case of using a higher dose than recommended of the medicine, consult a doctor who will prescribe the appropriate procedure.
Missing a dose of Calcium Dobesilate Hasco
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Frequency not known: gastrointestinal disorders including nausea and diarrhea, dizziness, drug fever.
Very rare: agranulocytosis (an acute condition that may manifest as high fever, infection in the mouth, throat pain, inflammatory changes in the skin and genital organs), eosinophilia, rash with redness.
In rare cases, after administration of Calcium Dobesilate Hasco, cases of liver failure and jaundice have been reported.

If any side effects occur, they should be reported to a doctor or pharmacist. This includes side effects not listed in the leaflet. Store in a temperature below 25°C. Store in the original packaging to protect from light.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of the given month.
Medicines should not be disposed of via wastewater or household waste containers. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines no longer required. This will help protect the environment.
The active substance of the medicine is calcium dobesilate monohydrate (Calcii dobesilas monohydricum).
1 tablet contains 250 mg of calcium dobesilate monohydrate.
Other ingredients (excipients) are: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, lactose monohydrate, talc, magnesium stearate, anhydrous colloidal silica.

The medicine pack contains 2 blisters of 15 tablets each, placed in a cardboard box with a patient leaflet.
