Tadalafil MENSIL 10 mg is a medicine for adult men with erectile dysfunction.

After sexual stimulation, Tadalafil MENSIL helps to widen the blood vessels of the penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis. As a result, there is an improvement in erection.
