Baldivian Noc is a herbal medicine containing dry extract of valerian root.
This medicine is used for the relief of sleep disturbances. It is intended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
If there is no improvement or the patient feels worse after 14 days, they should consult their doctor.
Due to the lack of data, this medicine should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
The patient should inform their doctor or pharmacist about all medicines they are currently taking or have recently taken, as well as any medicines they plan to take.
Concomitant use with synthetic sedatives requires diagnosis and medical supervision.
If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding, thinks they may be pregnant, or plans to have a child, they should consult their doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
The use of Baldivian Noc is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to the lack of data.

Adults, elderly, and adolescents over 12 years of age
The recommended dose is 1 effervescent tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime, if necessary, an additional dose (1 tablet) in the evening.

Method of administration
The tablet should be swallowed whole, washed down with a sufficient amount of liquid, preferably a glass of water.
The medicine can be taken with or without food.

Overdose symptoms include: fatigue, abdominal cramps, breathing difficulties, dizziness, hand tremors, and pupil dilation.
